Our privacy policy insures that your information, such as your name and contact information, remain private and confidential. We know that information about your company is important and sensitive. We make every effort to gather and maintain accurate and complete information. As noted in your application, if any information that you send to us is inaccurate, incomplete or obsolete, please edit your account information or contact us at (800) 499-2577 (toll-free) or customercare@elease.com.

Only authorized eLease personnel will have access to your application information. eLease personnel will access information about applicant when they are maintaining applicant's account or assisting applicant with an inquiry; or if they are using the information to determine if applicant is eligible for additional services offered by eLease or its affiliates. In certain circumstances, we may share certain information regarding applicant with its corporate affiliates, unaffiliated third parties and reputable credit reporting agencies.

We do not reveal personally identifiable applicant information with corporate affiliates, affiliated third party lenders or unaffiliated third parties unless (a) such information is provided to assist applicant in a transaction, such as obtaining financing for lease, (b) applicant requests it, (c) the disclosure is required by law, or (d) we have informed you that we intend to make such a disclosure for marketing or other purposes and applicant has the opportunity to decline or "opt out" before we disclose the information. When applicant does not "opt out" or decline, we require those with access to your personal information to follow all laws and regulations regarding such information.

We must sometimes provide information about our customers to credit bureaus. We provide information only to the most reputable credit bureaus, and only as allowed by law. When we request the information from a credit bureau, such request will be noted on the credit histories of the company or person that is the subject of such report.

Security: We are concerned with security. We have taken steps to insure that your information will be transmitted safely and securely. Be sure that application information is transmitted from the web browser using a SSL security standard. This standard allows for information to be sent to us in encrypted form so that if someone intercepts the information, it cannot be read.

Always be sure that you are providing information regarding applicant or any guarantor to an authorized eLease representative. If you are uncertain of a representative's identity, please contact eLease at (800) 799-2577 (toll-free).

Never give anyone your eLease account password. No eLease representative will ever request your system password.

Cookies: Many web sites create special files called cookies that contain information about the parts of the site that you visit or the types of information you access. These cookies are stored on the hard drive of your computer system, and can only be retrieved by the site that created them. The information is used to help the site's webmaster customize your experience and provide the information offered on the site. Some screens on the eLease site may create cookies on your computer. These cookies do not contain personal information about you and cannot be accessed by any other web site. If you are concerned about cookies, your web browser may be able to warn you before a cookie is saved on your system. You can then decide if you want the cookie to be saved.
