J Thomas Williams, President and CEO:
J Thomas Williams, has been the entrepreneurial force behind every company he has been involved in. A graduate of the Peddie School Mr. Williams received his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University in 1994 in Economics.
Mr. Williams was involved with Ernst & Young's "Ernie" Project and started two additional companies Cold Fusion Sports (Fusion.com), an e-commerce, which was sold to Action Sports in Minnesota in 2000 and LeaseExchange that was recognized at Red Herring's Top 10 Technology Companies To Watch in 2000.
In 2001, Mr. Williams's first company Paragon Capital acquired the eLease brand from Idealabs and licensed LeaseExchange's software. eLease is recognized as one of the most dynamic and responsive companies in the industry. Mr. Williams is passionate about small business and helping people become self-employed. Mr. Williams is honored to have been placed in the Leasing Hall of Fame from Lessors. Mr. Williams is married to Michele and has two children, Madison and Tommy who are often entertained by their two Jack Russell Terriers Max and Brady. When not working he enjoys fishing, water skiing and boating.

Mark Williams, Vice President:
Mark Williams arrived at eLease in the summer of 2003 after working several years in retail management for Sprint PCS. He came through the ranks as a sales representative for eLease and headed up eLease's start up leasing division. Mr. Williams made it his mission guide young companies through their critical first two years in business to become thriving successful companies.
An Aztec graduate from San Diego State University with a B.A. Business Management, Mr. Williams gained experience working with a range of companies from the high tech industry to mom & pop shops yielding a well rounded sales background.
In his free time, Mr. Williams scuba dives and enjoys the outdoors.

Michael T. Miller, Vice President:
Mr. Miller has over 25 years experience in lease and finance sales and sales management with companies including Citigroup, Fleet Credit Corporation and Charter Financial (now Wells Fargo Equipment Finance). Mr. Miller has a BA in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from San Francisco State University and also holds a Secondary Credential in the State of California. Mr. Miller is responsible for our middle market business and has experience in equipment ranging from technology to printing and all aspects of manufacturing. Mr. Miller is highly skilled in working with customers to develop attractive transaction structures.
Mr. Miller is also an avid runner, cyclist and winemaker.

Ian Fox, National Account Manager:
Mr. Fox joined eLease in May of 2005 to expand emerging markets. Graduating from Rowan University in 2002 with a BA in Communication Studies, Mr. Fox applies the experience he gained working for another leasing company, Global Funding, at eLease by helping to build new vendor relationships. Mr. Fox prides himself and eLease on the close personal attention that is applied to each and every lessee. Mr. Fox's get up and go winning attitude has made him a crucial member of the eLease team. Mr. Fox enjoys spending time with his three dogs, Cloey, Bailey, and Lilly, and is currently learning to play the guitar.

Rachel Cady, National Account Manager:
After years of managing eLease’s operations, Mrs. Cady has moved to the sales side of the organization. Customers she spoke with regularly began asking for her advice and requested to have her as their sales rep. Mrs. Cady took the opportunity to take on a new challenge and has brought her extensive knowledge of the leasing process to sales.
Mrs. Cady is married to Jim and they have a lovely daughter Rylee and two dogs Thunder and Baxter. Mrs. Cady enjoys playing tennis, rollerblading and racquetball when she has a spare moment.

Perry M. Pickert, Director of Product Development:
Mr. Pickert manages eLease's industry leading online lease application and web site and is responsible for partnerships and online marketing. Graduating from Amherst College in 1994, Mr. Pickert began working for mySimon, the online shopping comparison engine, before joining LeaseExchange in its infancy in 1999. In 2001, Mr. Pickert worked at eLease when Paragon Capital acquired the software from LeaseExchange he helped to create.
Away from the computer, Mr. Pickert plays rugby, kayaks and enjoys traveling.

Shannon McCafferty, Lease Administrator:
Shannon McCafferty has been working in office management for over 6 years. In her twenties she had to opportunity to travel and work a variety of jobs within the military community. She has been a Jill of all Trades working in jobs such as a medic, office manager, doula, potato picker, compliance agent, bartender, soldier, bingo caller, tech support rep, web designer, human resources director, certified grief counselor, ad manager and concierge.
Ms. McCafferty finished college in northern Maine with a BS in Business Administration. She moved to sunny Florida from New York City in the spring of 2007 and has been fortunate to join the eLease team. Ms. McCafferty's diverse background gives her the ability to deal with challenges with ease and a smile.
When Ms. McCafferty is not at work she enjoys the beach at night, reading, fishing, computers, Aikido, and working on her manuscript.
