Lease Processor:
eLease is looking for a lease processor for their St. Petersburg, FL facility. If you are hard working, smart working, dedicated, disciplined, resourceful, bright and business savvy, we are looking for you!
Responsibilities:
Maintains and updates customer database and facilitate all facets of lease documentation and funding. Responsible for creating documents, creating Purchase Orders, funding leases, maintaining insurance on customers. This includes, but is not limited to, answering phones, set up of new vendors and customer accounts, mailing out collateral to partners, working with customers and partners directly on follow up items, calculating payments and payoffs, and preparing paperwork for funding. Direct interaction with clients regarding their outstanding balances, direct interaction/correspondence with vendors in reference to funding, taxes, and underwriting guidelines. Assist others as needed.

ACCOUNT MANAGER:
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with small business partners; regional equipment dealers and national vendor program dealers in order to win business in a competitive environment. Develop relationships with dealers and business customers via the telephone, to obtain lease applications and convert to closed transactions. Responsible to meet or exceed minimum volume performance requirements together with other established goals set by Management, ie: number of outbound calls, number of transactions booked, targeted profitability measures (spread). Quotas/Goals are clearly defined; and sales compensation plans are based on performance.
Primary Job Functions:
• Interact primarily via telephone with potential lease customers by identifying their business needs and matching the appropriate lease product to that need in order to close the sale. • Cold calling of prospects and adherence to specified call frequencies. • Input completely and correctly, credit application and relay credit decisions to dealer sales people, and business CEOs, CFOs and owners within specified time frame to meet service level agreements. • Structure, price and negotiate individual lease transactions with business CEOs, CFOs and owners. Provide written quotations upon request. Price transactions according to eLease guidelines and spread targets. • Communicate deal status with Sales Managers, dealer sales people and those involved in the transaction throughout the sales process. Protect the customer relationship with eLease. Provide products and service within the best interest of the customer and the eLease.
Requirements:
- Four year college degree. Will consider equivalent experience. - Two years business to business sales related experience or equivalent. - Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills and grammar. - Ability and aptitude to make effective repetitive outbound telephone presentations. - Literate in a MS Office environment. - Articulate and ability to demonstrate interpersonal & organizational skills. - Ability to problem solve including identification of customer needs. - Self-motivated and able to participate effectively in a highly collaborative work team. - Ability and willingness to work in a fast paced, high volume, high performance team environment. - Flexibility to accommodate an evolving role.
